Delivering Deal Value Consultant – Advisory, Rome

About the role

PwC is hiring a Delivering Deal Value Consultant in Rome within its Advisory line of service. People in deals provide strategic advice and support on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value. This role focuses on deal integration and valuation realisation: assisting clients in integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations and financial analysis
• Develop strategies for post-merger integration
• Work with a variety of clients and team members in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different scopes and challenges
• Take ownership of your own development and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients

Required profile

• Learning mindset and willingness to take ownership of your own development
• Ability to appreciate diverse perspectives and needs, and to listen actively and ask clarifying questions
• Commitment to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness
• Understanding of professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance, and adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Pay scale: 3rd level CCNL Commercio (EUR 29,000–30,500) for candidates without experience or with minimum experience, and 2nd level CCNL Commercio (EUR 31,500–33,000) for candidates with proven experience in the role; the final offer depends on assessment of prior skills and experience
