About the role
As a Nike Retail Store Coach you will create a premium consumer and employee experience while driving business results. You will lead a specific area of the store, ensuring high standards in sales, service, and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily activities in a designated store area (e.g., footwear, apparel), including sales, service, and merchandising.
- Select, develop, and coach associates, handling supervision, training, and performance counseling.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising and floor standards.
- Communicate promotional events to maximize results and identify merchandise opportunities based on feedback.
- Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years retail experience, or 4 years retail experience without a degree.
- At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
- Experience in coaching and counseling employees.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in English.
