Deputy Quality Manager – EASA Part‑147 Training Organization

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Deputy Quality Manager to support our Quality Department in maintaining compliance with EASA Part‑147 regulations and internal procedures. The role will assist the Quality Manager in overseeing the Quality Management System and driving digitalisation of documentation and examination processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure ongoing compliance with EASA Part‑147 regulations and related internal procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing internal audits, compliance monitoring, and corrective‑preventive action tracking.
• Review and update MOE/MTOE procedures, manuals, and related documentation.
• Promote a safety and quality culture throughout the training organization.
• Identify and implement software solutions to enhance digital record‑keeping and examination workflows.

Required profile

• Experience in quality or compliance monitoring, preferably in aviation (Part‑147, Part‑145, Part‑CAMO) or ISO 9001 environments.
• Proven ability to conduct quality audits, generate reports, and manage corrective actions.
• Strong organisational and analytical capabilities, with the capacity to work independently and support cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
