Design Intern – Marketing

About the role

Empatica, a full-stack digital healthcare company developing digital biomarkers and continuous patient monitoring, is looking for a Design Intern to join its Marketing team in Milan. The internship is on-site and offers the chance to shadow, learn and assist the team in marketing design.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as social templates, brochures, digital leaflets and other sales collateral
• Support day-to-day design needs across the Empatica website, print and digital materials
• Help keep the Empatica brand visual identity consistent across all touchpoints
• Prepare polished, print-ready design files for production
• Support the design of materials for campaigns, product launches and events as needed

Required profile

• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or a related field, with a strong focus on graphic and communications design
• Understanding of design principles and tools such as Figma and the Adobe suite
• Good design and aesthetic skills, with an analytical mindset
• Some experience with branding and brand guidelines
• Ability to think in systems and excellent English communication skills (Italian not needed)
• Nice to have: some video experience and previous experience as a designer

• Salary of up to EUR 1,200 gross per month (EUR 650 if part-time); final offer based on objective criteria
