Digital Analytics Internship – Rome

About the role

Join the Digital Analytics team at Fendi in Rome and support quantitative and qualitative analysis of the brand’s website. You will help turn data into actionable insights that shape business strategy and improve the online consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Implement and maintain tracking tags using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse customer journeys with ContentSquare to uncover behavioural patterns.
• Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives, promoting testing capabilities across the team.
• Configure and optimise product recommendation settings through Dynamic Yield.
• Monitor competitors and leading online retailers to spot emerging trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics or a Technology‑related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Fast learner with a curious mindset and openness to innovation.
• Collaborative, solution‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
