Digital Communication & Graphic Design

About the role

We are looking for a creative professional to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of TotalEnergies Italy’s digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for the corporate website, related platforms and the overall external web presence, ensuring they reflect our brand, values and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development, deployment and optimisation of the company’s website and dark‑site platforms.
• Manage the affiliate’s external web presence, monitoring performance, usability and alignment with business goals.
• Create, update and optimise digital content such as pages, news articles, videos, images, landing pages and banners.
• Ensure all digital assets follow corporate brand identity, tone of voice and editorial guidelines.
• Transform the editorial calendar and communication plan into multi‑channel campaigns and thematic content streams.
• Identify and develop stories, projects and initiatives that increase internal and external visibility.
• Adapt content for different audiences (internal, external, institutional) while maintaining clarity and consistency.
• Support the preparation and publication of crisis‑related communications when required.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate communication standards, compliance and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and promote brand consistency.
• Excellent written communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality digital experiences.
