Digital Designer – AI Experiences

About the role

Deutsche Telekom’s Products Innovation Experience (PIX) team is looking for a Digital Designer focused on AI experiences. You will shape how intelligent technologies become useful, understandable and trustworthy in everyday digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design human‑centered AI‑driven products that turn complex technology into clear, valuable experiences.
• Rapidly prototype and validate AI interactions using real or simulated models, data sets and prompts.
• Create interaction patterns – flows, feedback, explanations and controls – that help users understand and confidently use AI features.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, data scientists, engineers, product managers and fellow designers to embed AI capabilities into customer‑centric solutions.
• Ensure designs are transparent, ethical and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
• Translate technical concepts into simple, visual language for diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, learning‑through‑making approach to rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and balance creativity with ethical responsibility.
