Digital Sales & Operations Internship – Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Master’s student or recent graduate to join Bosch’s Automotive Aftermarket Sales Team in Torino for a six‑month, full‑time Digital Sales & Operations internship starting mid‑September 2026. You will help modernise sales and logistics processes by leveraging digital tools, data analysis and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily sales and logistics activities through data analysis and smart automation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor commercial and operational KPIs.
• Use AI‑based tools to automate repetitive tasks such as reporting and data preparation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement ideas.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions, creating clear visualisations for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Management Engineering, Digital Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business processes and digital transformation.
• Basic understanding of sales or supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and digital tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Programming experience in Python (advantageous).
