Director, Global Advisory – South EMEA & Italy

About the role

BioCatch is seeking a Director of Global Advisory for South EMEA & Italy to act as a trusted advisor and domain expert for its sales and customer‑success teams. You will work with senior fraud and risk leaders, translate complex challenges into product innovation, and champion BioCatch’s behavioural‑biometrics platform at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deep fraud and financial‑crime expertise to sales teams, identifying opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Engage senior customer stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver thought‑leadership content such as articles, webinars, and conference presentations.
• Represent BioCatch at company and industry events, clearly communicating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Identify emerging customer challenges, collaborate with product teams on new use‑case development, and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Participate in the Client Innovation Board to prioritize product innovations.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitive landscape, fraud threats, and regulatory trends, sharing insights internally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior advisor or consultant in fraud, financial crime, or related domains.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior risk and fraud leaders.
• Excellent communication skills for executive briefings and public speaking.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of influencing product direction.
