Distribution Planner EMEA

About the role

The Distribution Planner EMEA is part of Campari Group’s EMEA Distribution Planning Department. The role creates balanced import and distribution plans for assigned products and markets, ensuring target stock coverage and service levels while providing short‑ to mid‑term visibility. The position is based in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan and reports to the EMEA Distribution Planning Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze distribution requirements and create deployment plans using Transportation Load Builder (TLB) for EMEA, America and APAC destinations.
• Identify and highlight volume variance issues, collaborate with Supply Planning and Logistics teams to resolve them.
• Participate in weekly S&OE alignment meetings with Demand Planning and Customer Service teams for assigned EMEA markets.
• Join H2H meetings with America and/or APAC Distribution Planning departments.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of target service levels and stock targets in assigned countries.
• Plan and optimise mixed loads while respecting transportation constraints.
• Manage product allocation quotas and make trade‑offs across markets based on ABC classification and other variables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in supply chain, preferably in distribution planning, logistics or customer service within FMCG or beverage multinational companies.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments.
