E-Commerce Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Operations Specialist to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient daily operations across our online store and internal marketplaces. You will act as a bridge between customer service, logistics, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless order fulfillment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level B2C customer support and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead daily online customer service and operations activities for the e‑commerce website and in‑house marketplaces.
• Analyze packaging levels, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend optimization actions.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve customer requests, maintaining accurate records in company systems.
• Monitor and report on key Customer Service and Operations KPIs.
• Oversee fraud prevention activities and collaborate on risk mitigation.
• Support implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and a hands‑on mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Results‑oriented, process‑driven and capable of working independently.
