Electrical Construction Manager

About the role

The Electrical Construction Manager will lead the delivery of multiple turnkey data‑centre projects across Europe, ensuring that electrical installations are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinate acquisition of equipment, verifying compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, overseeing work, safety compliance and performance.
• Implement quality‑control measures to guarantee installations meet required specifications.
• Monitor project costs and track equipment items to keep the project within budget.
• Oversee timelines to ensure installation work is completed without delays.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact the construction schedule.
• Facilitate communication between client, contractors and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
• Maintain thorough records of activities, materials and any changes to the project plan.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permits and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years experience in a similar role within an M&E contractor.
• Proven experience managing large site teams.
• Data‑centre experience is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS programs).
