Electricity, Automation & Digital Manager – Greenfield Project (Mantova)

About the role

At Nestlé Purina you will lead the Electricity, Automation & Digital function for a new manufacturing site in Mantova, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets while building a high‑performing technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electricity, Automation & Digital team, defining priorities and building technical capability.
• Define and execute the site’s E&A and digital strategy, delivering automation, Industry 4.0 and capital investment projects.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of all electrical, automation and digital assets and drive asset reliability programmes.
• Guarantee compliance with Nestlé standards and local regulations, managing documentation and change processes.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, automation or digital roles within manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, contractors and external partners.
• Successful delivery of capital investment projects from design to commissioning.
• Experience with TPM, maintenance management and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
