EMEA Critical Operations Technical Trainer

About the role

The EMEA Critical Operations Technical Trainer will design and deliver technical training that enhances the safety, capability, and operational readiness of STACK Infrastructure’s Critical Operations teams across Europe. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Learning & Development, you will create engaging, hands‑on learning experiences for both new hires and experienced staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual and hands‑on technical training at EMEA sites.
• Support onboarding, technical development and competency progression for Critical Operations personnel.
• Develop and maintain training materials, assessments and learning pathways aligned with operational standards.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to employees operating in mission‑critical data‑centre environments.
• Facilitate practical demonstrations, equipment walk‑downs and technical learning activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and site leadership to keep training content current.
• Assess learner competence and give constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance through the LMS.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by integrating operational feedback and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in critical operations, data‑centre, commissioning, facilities management or a similar mission‑critical environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure used in data‑centre operations.
• Proven ability to deliver technical training and coaching programmes.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.

• Annual salary range €37,500 – €47,500 plus performance bonus.
