EMEA Manager, Commercial & Operations

About the role

The Manager, Commercial & Operations for the EMEA region will oversee all contractual matters across Anaergia’s subsidiaries. Reporting to the Director of Project Execution, the role works closely with Sales, Project Execution and Legal teams and interacts regularly with customers, suppliers and public agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and review a wide range of contracting agreements with private clients, partners and subcontractors throughout EMEA, ensuring compliance with global and regional standards.
• Support the full lifecycle of contracting for third‑party sales and project portfolios, partnering with internal project development teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish and monitor timelines, guaranteeing that contractual milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams during project execution, resolve contractual or operational issues, and track progress against contract requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks or delays, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Manage contracting requirements for business development, adapting to the nuances of the EMEA marketplace.
• Monitor contract performance, address non‑compliance, and enforce remedial actions together with legal and project teams.
• Maintain the enterprise contracts management platform for EMEA, overseeing intake, deadline tracking, renewals and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract negotiation and management across the EMEA region.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, project execution and legal functions.
• Ability to monitor project timelines, contractual milestones and risk factors.
• Experience in business development support and stakeholder communication.
