Energy & Sustainability Intern

About the role

Join the General Services, Facilities, H&S and Indirect Procurement team at Ginori 1735, a Kering luxury brand based in Sesto Fiorentino. As an Energy & Sustainability Intern you will support the department manager in managing building energy performance and driving environmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing energy consumption data and preparing regular reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to define energy‑efficiency and sustainability action plans.
• Support the operational management of energy‑monitoring systems.
• Collect data and prepare documentation for energy and environmental audits.
• Help draft energy and environmental balance sheets.
• Coordinate suppliers and partners for scheduled operational activities.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary compliance actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Energy, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil) or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of energy and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with energy‑monitoring software.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, precise and detail‑focused.
• Fluent English.
