Engineering Graduate Apprenticeship – Junior Engineer Role

About the role

Tecnimont is seeking recent engineering graduates to join its international projects through a structured apprenticeship. You will work on the design and implementation of complex industrial plants, contributing to cutting‑edge solutions that support the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned design activities in line with the Discipline Quality System, project requirements and schedules.
• Keep the project team updated on progress and ensure smooth information flow.
• Develop studies and analyses under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Review engineering documentation prepared by colleagues, providing observations and checking cross‑discipline specifications.
• Prepare or update engineering documents according to company standards and project needs.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy, Electrical, Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Strong command of English.
• Motivation to work in an international, innovative environment.
