Engineering Specialist – EE Architecture

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an Engineering Specialist focused on Electrical/Electronic (EE) Architecture to join its Innovation and Pre‑development area. The role involves creating 2D wiring harnesses, supporting new vehicle projects, and ensuring design compliance throughout the development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creation of 2D wiring harnesses according to established processes.
• Coordinate scheduling of activities with the Engineering Specialist Project Chief.
• Dimension wires based on design requirements and verify compliance using specific tools and standards.
• Oversee prototype preparation, aligning with defined mechanical processes.
• Lead designers and suppliers to guarantee correct deliverables.
• Implement vehicle improvements based on virtual and physical test feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechatronics.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Fluent Italian and good technical English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to work in teams, manage complex tasks and react quickly in crisis situations.
• Experience in multicultural environments and a problem‑solving mindset.
