Engineering Tech Lead – Threat Intelligence Platform

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to drive the development of our threat intelligence platform. This hands‑on leadership position combines active technical contribution with responsibility for people, delivery, and technical direction. You will shape a small, high‑performing team and influence its growth in both headcount and capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team starting from one senior engineer through regular 1:1s, feedback, and clear development paths.
• Set priorities, remove blockers, and act as the technical and organizational point of reference.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions in partnership with product and security stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, including planning, prioritization, quality assurance, and deadline management.
• Stay hands‑on, using AI‑assisted and agentic development tools to design, prototype, test, and ship features.
• Build software that protects customers from attacks and fraud at scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑stack engineer delivering complex products end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or grow engineers, with a genuine interest in people development.
• Fluency in an AI‑native way of working, leveraging modern AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Outcome‑focused mindset, prioritizing product impact over hand‑written code volume.
