English Teacher & Academic Coordinator (Caserta)

About the role

Kids&Us is looking for an energetic English Teacher who will also act as Academic Coordinator for its Caserta school. You will deliver engaging English lessons to children aged 1‑18 and support the school’s academic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver English lessons using Kids&Us methodology, including music, games, stories and arts & crafts.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners and parents.
• Build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Supervise academic processes in line with Kids&Us policies.
• Support the school director with teaching and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic attitude with a “can‑do” approach to children’s learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑organized, good time‑management and flexible availability.
• Valid “Carichi Pendenti” certificate with no pending records.
• Registered with the local employment centre (Centro per l’impiego).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
