English Teacher & Academic Coordinator

About the role

Kids&Us is looking for an energetic English Teacher who will also act as Academic Coordinator for its Caserta school. You will deliver engaging lessons to children aged 1‑18 and support the school’s academic processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor student progress and guide learners toward their goals.
• Develop strong relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Supervise academic processes in line with Kids&Us policies and methods.
• Support the school director with teaching and administrative activities.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic attitude with a “can‑do” approach to children’s learning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility in work hours and availability.
• Interest in working with children aged 1‑18.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
• Clean criminal record (Certificate of Carichi Pendenti) and registration with the local employment centre.
