Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Nexthink is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive new‑business revenue across the Nordics region. You will work closely with partners and customers to position Nexthink’s digital employee experience platform and help IT teams move from reactive problem solving to proactive optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy, including prospect targeting and regional planning.
• Collaborate with Nexthink partners to support deal closure and expand market reach.
• Create marketing initiatives with the marketing team to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer challenges and align Nexthink solutions.
• Qualify prospects, build new sales opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Maintain ongoing account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive recurring revenue.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in software or solution sales.
• Experience in new‑business, B2B sales with a focus on enterprise accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

What we offer

• Base salary range of €100,000‑€120,000 gross per year.
• On‑target earnings up to €240,000 gross per year.
