Enterprise Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

The Strategic Enterprise Success Manager joins the GTM Strategy organisation within the Enterprise Customer Success EMEA team. You will own a portfolio of 15‑25 high‑touch enterprise accounts across France and Switzerland, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, executive engagement, renewal and expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will combine deep product knowledge with data‑driven account management to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with operational and executive contacts, becoming a strategic advisor on high‑impact digital business topics.
• Develop data‑driven success plans aligned to each client’s key business objectives and map strategic contacts to ensure strong retention.
• Drive adoption of all Contentsquare products, including Product Analytics (Heap), helping teams leverage event‑based and retroactive behavioral data across web and mobile.
• Champion AI‑powered capabilities such as Sense Analyst and MCP integration, guiding customers toward AI‑native insight generation with tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Engage data‑mature customers around Data Connect, facilitating exports to Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift and Microsoft Fabric.
• Partner with post‑sales teams (onboarding, sales, professional services, customer experience, partnerships) to orchestrate seamless delivery.
• Drive renewals and design upsell/cross‑sell strategies in close collaboration with the Sales organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
