European Account Manager – Watch Distribution

About the role

Orient Watches, a Japanese precision watchmaker within the Epson family, is expanding its presence across Europe. We are looking for a proactive European Account Manager to grow our distributor network, increase revenue, and strengthen market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan for the European distributor portfolio.
• Identify, qualify and onboard new distributors in untapped territories.
• Evaluate distributor performance and manage channel‑marketing investments.
• Create and monitor account plans, including budgets, stakeholder analysis and value propositions.
• Track market activities, online advertising and sales trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Support teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Produce promotional project plans and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Support the transition toward more direct retail engagement where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the watch sector or a closely related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build new relationships and nurture existing distributor partnerships.
• Commercially aware, numerate and comfortable working with budgets and forecasts.
