Experiences & Supply Growth Lead

About the role

Club Joy is building the leading marketplace for creative experiences across Italy and Europe. As the Experiences & Supply Growth Lead you will own the end‑to‑end process of discovering, onboarding and scaling exceptional artisans, chefs and creators who host unique workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high‑quality hosts before competitors, aiming to double the supply within the year.
• Develop and nurture relationships with artisans, chefs, and other creative professionals.
• Pitch Club Joy’s value proposition and convince partners to join the platform.
• Continuously improve the quality of the experience catalogue.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain a seamless partner experience.
• Scale the supply function from hundreds to thousands of experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Marketplace Operations, Sales or Hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing partners, suppliers or external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to close deals.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes ownership without waiting for permission.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Either a business‑related degree or demonstrable high‑impact achievements in a startup or sales role.

Required skills

• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate processes.
