Facilities Manager

About the role

Technogym is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of its Technogym Village and other sites across Italy and remote locations. The role combines leadership, technical oversight, and a commitment to health‑focused workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the functionality of workstations, technological and technical systems at Technogym Village and supervise remote branches and plants.
• Procure and manage energy supplies under optimal market conditions.
• Coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, guaranteeing system efficiency and a respectful environment for guests and staff.
• Oversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.
• Manage the company vehicle fleet (headquarters, subsidiaries, and TG EE).
• Supervise entry of collaborators, vehicles, and goods, supporting internal logistics.
• Administer corporate telephony contracts (mobile and fixed) and provide branch support.
• Lead safety, environmental, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification processes.
• Provide technical support for special industrial or plant projects, including new production sites.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage technical and technological systems.
• Experience in energy procurement and fleet management.
• Strong leadership, team management and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, ethical and passionate about a healthy lifestyle.
