Facilities Supervisor – Luxury Retail Boutique

About the role

The future Montenapoleone House of Dior seeks a Facilities Supervisor to ensure the boutique’s technical infrastructure runs flawlessly. Reporting to the Boutique Operations Manager, you will manage maintenance contracts, oversee supplier performance, and guarantee regulatory compliance in a high‑visibility luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, activate, and monitor technical maintenance contracts covering electrical, mechanical, fire‑prevention, security systems, BMS, and cleaning services.
• Maintain and update the preventive maintenance plan, ensuring deadlines are met and intervention reports are accurate.
• Coordinate suppliers, enforce SLA/KPI compliance, and manage corrective or emergency interventions.
• Provide technical support for in‑store events, fittings, space reorganisations, and minor works.
• Collaborate with project and architecture teams during handover phases and ensure proper documentation.
• Implement mandatory periodic checks in line with Italian regulations and manage relationships with control bodies.
• Assist in OPEX budgeting, analyse quotes, draft technical specifications, and monitor budget versus actual expenditures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or technical maintenance within a retail or luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian regulatory requirements for building safety and fire prevention.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
