Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager ensures that all office services, facilities, and administrative support operate smoothly. You will be the central point for maintaining resources, coordinating maintenance, and supporting every department’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts with suppliers and consultants, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Lead complex special projects that require frequent interaction with multiple functions.
• Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of offices, warehouses, and the “Ponte 8” restaurant, coordinating technical interventions and suppliers.
• Manage company leasing, rentals, and assets such as cars, PCs, and phones.
• Coordinate general services and facility management activities to guarantee operational continuity.
• Plan and execute office and workstation relocations, handling logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze overhead contracts, support renegotiations, and report cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for overhead cost items and assist the IT department with its budget.
• Schedule company car usage and parking allocation efficiently.
• Monitor supplier service levels, verify compliance, and propose corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility management roles.
• University degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Knowledge of health‑and‑safety, procurement, and supplier‑management regulations.
• Good understanding of project management principles.
• Experience coordinating teams.
