F&B Attendant – Steward (Hotel Kitchen)

About the role

Four Seasons Milano is looking for a dedicated F&B Attendant – Steward to support the kitchen and banquet operations. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization to ensure smooth service for guests and events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with waste disposal, ensuring correct and efficient handling.
• Clean work areas, kitchen stations, and banquet facilities throughout service.
• Manage dishwashing areas, monitor supplies, and ensure equipment is sanitized.
• Prepare and break down kitchen stations, keeping them stocked and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support banquet setup and breakdown, transporting tableware, linens, and food items between kitchen and event spaces.
• Assist in arranging banquet spaces, setting tables, and replenishing buffet stations.
