F&B Director

About the role

The Hoxton Florence is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead its vibrant F&B operations. You will oversee multiple outlets, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a historic, design‑focused hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dynamic team across all food and beverage venues, including the restaurant, bar, rooftop, courtyard and events space.
• Strategically manage commercial initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Own the P&L, control costs, and implement efficient solutions while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, food quality, and consistency.
• Champion guest and team experience, leading by example on the floor.
