Finance Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Controller to join our fast‑scaling finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will help professionalise and scale the finance function during a period of rapid growth, ERP implementation and post‑acquisition integration.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilise and accelerate the monthly close, establishing a reliable reporting cadence.
• Review revenue performance and key subscription metrics such as Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU and NRR.
• Partner with commercial, sales and operational teams to provide actionable financial insights.
• Build and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to the first consolidated group forecast.
• Prepare the Monthly Business Review deck together with the CFO.
• Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions.
• Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans and set up monitoring tools.
• Drive cost awareness, track synergies during acquisition integration, and support ERP (NetSuite) rollout.
• Strengthen internal controls around subscription revenue recognition.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and collaborate on data‑warehouse validation and BI reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• Finance professional with experience in controlling, monthly close and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to work with budgeting, forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Comfortable partnering with commercial and operational teams in a high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Oracle NetSuite (ERP) implementation and usage.
