Finance Manager – Italy

About the role

Dometic is seeking a Country Finance Manager for its Italian operations. The role acts as a strategic business partner to local management, driving financial performance, overseeing reporting, and supporting the Group’s objectives across three legal entities, two plants, a warehouse and a sales company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the finance team while advancing process maturity and a data‑driven culture.
• Oversee general accounting, management reporting and controlling activities.
• Manage annual financial milestones such as closings, group reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor financial, operational and commercial KPIs, focusing on product, business line and customer profitability.
• Assess overall business performance, identify critical issues and propose corrective actions.
• Interface with external auditors, tax advisors and banking partners.
• Promote continuous improvement, learning and constructive feedback within the finance function.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 8–10 years of total experience, including 3–5 years in Finance Manager or Senior Controller roles.
• Proven experience leading finance teams in a matrixed, international B2B or technical sales environment.
