About the role

Hotiday is a fast‑growing traveltech startup reshaping hospitality with AI. As Finance Manager you will own the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust budgeting, and cash‑flow visibility to support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Improve finance and accounting processes, including monthly closings and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with the leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver clear, timely investor reports.
• Run cash‑flow forecasting using the internal forecasting tool.
• Support fundraising activities by preparing financial materials and data rooms.
• Coordinate accounting and finance operations across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience handling full‑cycle budgeting, reporting, and cash‑flow management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with investors and senior leadership.
