Financial Controller – Area Service

About the role

Haier Europe is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to oversee the financial performance of its Service area. The role combines analytical rigor with a focus on service efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with field teams, call centres and external partners to ensure financial transparency and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor service KPIs such as repair times, first‑time‑fix rate and service costs.
• Analyse service performance data and recommend improvement actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control activities for the Service department.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field service teams, call centres and external service partners.
• Ensure data accuracy in service management systems.
• Assist in optimising service processes and workflows.
• Support procurement and spare‑parts cost analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, service operations or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (preferred).
