Financial Controller – Milan

About the role

LimoLane is seeking a data‑driven Financial Controller to join its Milan headquarters. You will be responsible for overseeing financial control across all group entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic insight for executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets and periodic forecasts across business units.
• Analyse financial performance, identify variances and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain robust internal controls, KPIs and financial processes, especially for newly acquired subsidiaries.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects such as ERP upgrades, automation and performance improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in management control or FP&A, preferably in an international or multi‑entity environment.
• Prior consulting experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite and Power BI.
