Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Group Actual Financial Results Analysis team. The role focuses on collecting, monitoring and analysing quarterly Group KPI performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of quarterly Group KPIs.
• Collect KPI data from internal stakeholders each quarter.
• Prepare and analyse KPI reports using tools such as Excel and Tagetik.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a Finance or Actuarial department.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Curious, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Tagetik.
• Knowledge of IFRS17 and IFRS9 (plus).
• PowerPoint.
