Fleet Specialist Team Lead

About the role

As a Fleet Specialist Team Lead at Voi, you will spearhead the launch and daily operations of our micromobility fleet in Turin. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will ensure that scooters are safe, available, and well‑maintained while delivering a high‑quality experience for riders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fleet Specialists, conducting one‑on‑one meetings, performance reviews, coaching and training.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, transportation, repositioning and battery swapping both in the warehouse and in the field.
• Manage spare‑parts and battery inventory to guarantee availability and optimal usage.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, complete onboarding paperwork and monitor mandatory training.
• Record, follow up and investigate incidents in line with workplace accident policies.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners daily to maintain agreed procedures.
• Support van operations, including installation and removal of tracking devices.
• Assist contractors with repairs and maintenance in the warehouse when needed.

Required profile

• Pragmatic, responsible team‑player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and holder of a full Italian driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including managing a team.
• General understanding of digital work tools such as MS Office and G Suite.
