As the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mama Shelter, you will lead the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience while driving profitability. Working closely with the F&B Director, you will manage a dynamic team in a vibrant urban hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar service, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet profitability.
• Supervise, train, and develop the F&B team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resources (human, financial, administrative) to meet operational goals.
• Handle priority situations, balancing guest inquiries, team incidents, and kitchen communication.
