Food Runner

About the role

Crazy Pizza is looking for a motivated Food Runner to join its dynamic restaurant team. In this role you will support the waitstaff and kitchen by delivering dishes promptly, keeping the dining area tidy, and helping create a seamless experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to tables quickly while maintaining high service standards.
• Assist the Head Waiter/Waitress and service team with guest requests and table turnover.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to meet cleanliness guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to verify order accuracy before delivery.
• Act as a communication link between kitchen and front‑of‑house staff, addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining environment throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Calm and efficient handling of high‑pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, when the restaurant is busiest.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a casual dining environment, even without prior experience.
