Founder Associate

About the role

As a Founder Associate you will work on the core levers that determine the success of an early‑stage startup: investment, business development and sales. You will be directly involved in fundraising activities, partnership creation and building the commercial pipeline for an autonomous AI trader in the energy market.

Key responsibilities

• Support fundraising by researching investors, preparing pitch materials, managing the data room and handling follow‑up actions.
• Identify, negotiate and activate strategic partnerships and channels to accelerate growth.
• Build and manage the commercial pipeline, qualify opportunities and convert interest into pilot projects.
• Conduct market analyses, prepare meetings with multinational partners and guide customers through installations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1 or higher) for sales calls and negotiations.
• Highly autonomous with the ability to make decisions from day one.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills.

Required skills

• Experience building prototypes with AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Familiarity with AI development environments like Cursor.
