Freelance Junior Designer – Social Media Visuals

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Junior Designer to create eye‑catching visual content for our clients’ social media channels. You will work closely with senior creatives to turn briefs into scroll‑stopping posts, stories, video assets and digital ads for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily visual assets for client social media, including static posts, stories, video clips and digital advertisements.
• Assist senior team members by producing mock‑ups, building wireframes and supporting the execution of creative concepts from brief to delivery.
• Resize and adapt existing artwork for various formats and platforms, adjusting typography and correcting images.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines, covering colour palettes, logos and typography.
• Maintain and organise design assets, image libraries and project folders to keep workflows smooth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut.
• Comfortable working in Figma for collaborative design.
• Strong foundation in design principles such as typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
• Social‑first sensibility with an understanding of visual performance on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Attention to detail with pixel‑perfect alignment and clean file delivery.
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field, and agency or multi‑brand experience.
