Front of House Team Member

About the role

Dôme is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join its network of cafés across Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, taking orders and answering queries.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to Dôme standards.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
• Clear, reset, and clean tables and work areas throughout the shift.
• Maintain a tidy and safe café environment.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5:30 am and 9:30 pm.
• Experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
