Front Office Night Agent

About the role

As a Front Office Night Agent at The Westin Palace in Milan, you will be the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours. You will ensure a smooth and memorable experience by handling check‑ins, check‑outs and a wide range of guest requests while maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests arriving during night shifts, processing check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests, providing local area information and assistance.
• Complete operational reports and update internal systems to reflect nightly activities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding confidentiality.
• Ensure the front‑office area remains tidy, organized and professionally presented at all times.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and remain alert throughout the night.
• Physical capability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, clear communication and adherence to company standards.
