Full-time Store Manager – 40 Hours

About the role

Under Armour is looking for a full‑time Store Manager to lead its La Reggia location. You will own all aspects of store performance, from sales and merchandising to customer experience and team development, ensuring the store meets its targets and reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Analyze daily sales trends and reporting to make real‑time business decisions.
• Drive performance through excellent customer service, effective human‑resource management, inventory control, and store presentation.
• Enhance loyalty using omni‑channel tools such as data capture and endless aisle.
• Oversee merchandise handling, shipment receipt, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with store audits, loss‑prevention standards and shrink targets.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and productivity to meet payroll and sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting rooms.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain high‑performing teammates and manage seasonal staffing.
• Lead the management team using performance‑management tools and communicate business strategy effectively.

Required profile

• Fluency in the local language and basic verbal and written English.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
