Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Join TheFork’s engineering team to build and enhance the core restaurant management platform, TheForkManager. You will work closely with product, design, and restaurant stakeholders to deliver high‑impact features that help restaurants get the most out of our software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features and integrations for TheForkManager.
• Participate in sprint planning with engineering managers, designers and product managers.
• Conduct technical analysis for new developments and investigations.
• Maintain code quality through bug fixing, tech‑debt reduction and participation in tech RUNs.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and evaluate new technologies.
• Engage in retrospectives, provide feedback and help improve team processes.
• Attend restaurant interviews and on‑site visits to observe product usage.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably full‑stack.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering product value and understanding business impact.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
