Global AI Director

About the role

Campari Group is seeking a Global AI Director to lead an enterprise‑wide AI transformation, turning cutting‑edge technology into measurable business impact. Based at the Milan headquarters, the role will embed AI across the organization, influencing supply chain, marketing, customer experience and more.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI vision and strategy, aligning it with business priorities and long‑term growth.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases across operations, marketing, sales, HR and finance and scale them globally.
• Design and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms and reusable capabilities to ensure speed, consistency and scalability.
• Partner with technology, data and business teams to deliver solutions that are robust, ethical, secure and compliant.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across functions, ensuring integration into decision‑making processes.
• Champion AI as a competitive advantage and shape the global AI agenda for the company.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI initiatives at an enterprise or global scale.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application to business problems.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical solutions that deliver tangible value.
• Track record of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations, HR, finance).
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long‑term growth and adoption.
