Global Events Financial Controller – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a precision‑driven Global Events Financial Controller to act as the fiscal engine of our Global Events department. The role is fully remote and responsible for managing the complete financial lifecycle of international events, from vendor quotations to final payments and annual budget reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate vendor quotations and ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Develop, monitor, and report event budgets, providing real‑time financial clarity to the Events team.
• Manage contract signature processes and oversee invoicing and payment workflows.
• Perform multi‑currency and multi‑company reconciliations.
• Prepare post‑event financial reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting for events, travel, or hospitality.
• Excellent English communication skills.
