Global Key Account Manager – Nestlé EMEA

About the role

As a Global Key Account Manager you will own the strategic relationship with Nestlé across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will drive sustainable, profitable growth by deepening customer intimacy and delivering tailored packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and continuously refine account strategies for Nestlé EMEA segments.
• Manage a high‑value, complex portfolio (> €35 M) covering multiple products, segments and market sectors.
• Increase share of wallet, product value, volume and gross contribution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to win and retain business.
• Collaborate with internal functions (R&D, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless delivery and cost‑to‑serve optimisation.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare business reviews and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably within packaging, FMCG or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
