Global SSD Demand Planner

About the role

The Global SSD Demand Planner will lead demand planning for the Services and Support (SSD) channel across the enterprise. Working within an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, you will partner with regional planners and IBP data‑science teams to produce reliable forecasts that drive efficient supply and superior customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using IBP models, market intelligence and field sales input.
• Coordinate global demand reviews with sales, marketing and finance stakeholders.
• Analyze historical sales trends, identify demand drivers and perform root‑cause analysis on forecast accuracy, bias and value‑add.
• Generate consolidated unconstrained demand forecasts and evaluate deviations from prior IBP plans.
• Facilitate best‑practice adoption, re‑engineer processes and drive improvement actions across functional experts.
• Monitor forecast consumption, plan attainment and communicate results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of sales, marketing or finance and proven expertise in forecasting or planning.
• Strong executive presence, leadership and the ability to influence at all management levels.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑motivated, independent work style.
