About the role

The Global Strategic Programs Lead will drive the delivery of strategic supply‑chain programs for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. Reporting at director level, the role combines program leadership, cross‑functional coordination and governance to translate corporate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Strategic Supply Chain Programs across multiple IMSC hub locations.
• Drive business outcomes through disciplined execution, strong partner engagement and effective governance.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to meet program commitments and milestones.
• Oversee financial performance and resource allocation for assigned programs.
• Translate high‑level strategy into actionable plans and track progress against targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale strategic or supply‑chain programs.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Excellent governance and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Director‑level experience in a multinational, highly regulated environment.
